ITB 2025 DUMP TRUCK CABS & CHASSIS WITH DUMP BODY

You are invited to submit a sealed bid for Cabs & Chassis with Dump Body for the Thomas County Board of Commissioners. Scope: The specification covers a tandem axle dump truck complete with a 15 to 16 cubic yard dump body. The vendor shall ensure the proposed cab and chassis is compatible with and meets all standards and specifications for the proposed 15/16-yard dump body.
Warranty: Vehicle shall be to a minimum fully warranted against defective materials and workmanship by the manufacturer for a period of not less than 12 months or 12,000 miles from date of delivery and acceptance. The engine should have a base warranty of 24 months and 250,000 miles. An extended warranty for up to 5 years / 150,000 miles shall be offered on the engine and should include turbos, injectors, water pump, and internal lubricated parts. The warrant will include all after-treatment components and shall have a $0 deductible.

Documents: Vehicle shall be delivered with complete certification of origin, tag application, warranty, owner¿s manual, and any other necessary credentials.
Variation from the given specifications should be noted on the bid form with an explanation of said variation(s) attached. Bids are to be marked with bidder¿s name and address and labeled: Bid for ¿Dump Truck¿ and mailed or delivered to the following address no later than 1:00 p.m.; local time; Thursday, August 7, 2025.
