Town of Fox Creek
The Town of Fox Creek (the “Town”) invites qualified vendors to submit quotations for the supply and delivery of two (2) gas pickup trucks consisting of one (1) ½ ton 4x4 crew cab with standard box and one (1) 1 ton 4x4 regular cab with long box.

Respondents must provide a complete quotation for the supply and delivery of the specified vehicles. Quotations must clearly identify pricing, specifications, and delivery timelines for each unit as separate line items. Pricing must include all costs associated with supply and delivery to the Town of Fox Creek, excluding GST.

Submissions must include the following:
1.        Separate pricing for:
•        One (1) ½ ton 4x4 crew cab with standard box, Gas
•        One (1) 1 ton 4x4 regular cab with long box, Gas

2.        Optional pricing for:
•        One (1) 1 ton 4x4 regular cab with flat deck in place of standard box

3.        Full vehicle specifications, including:
•        Fuel Type (Mandatory Gas for both ½ Ton and 1 Ton)
•        Cab configuration
•        Box type and length
•        Engine and drivetrain (No preference on engine size)
•        Trim level (base or lowest available trim level preferred)
•        Exterior color (must be white)
•        Vinyl flooring (mandatory)
•        All weather tires (mandatory)

4.        Flat deck specifications (if applicable), including:
•        Deck dimensions and material
•        Headache rack
•        Tie-downs and mounting points
•        Integrated lighting

5.        Total unit pricing (excluding GST), inclusive of:
•        Delivery to Fox Creek
•        All fees, freight, tariffs and preparation

6.        Estimated delivery timelines from date of order

7.        Warranty details, including duration and coverage

8.        Confirmation of service support availability, including:
•        Location of nearest certified service facility
•        Availability of parts and qualified technicians

9.        Disclosure of any deviations from the requested specifications

The Town intends to procure base model vehicles suitable for municipal use and reserves the right to reject higher trim levels that do not provide operational value. The Town reserves the right to award one, both, or none of the vehicles outlined in this RFQ, and there is no guarantee that both the ½ ton and 1 ton units will be approved for purchase. The Town also reserves the right to accept either the standard box or flat deck configuration for the 1 ton truck.
