Technology and Innovation
The Alberta Courts Technology Services (CTS) department is seeking to engage a qualified Managed Security Services provider to deliver comprehensive cybersecurity services including but not limited to: 24x7 security monitoring and alerting, 24x7 threat detection, major security incident response capabilities, managed detection and response network security, endpoint security, cloud security, threat intelligence, vulnerability assessment, security incident management and continuous monitoring. It is conceived that this Integrated Managed Security Service (IMSS) project will transform Alberta Courts security operations function from a rudimentary internal function to a hybrid model that leverages specialized external expertise for 24x7 monitoring, advanced threat detection, and major security incident response capabilities, thereby reducing the impacts of security incidents and be aligned to security operations requirements of the Canadian Judicial Council (CJC) Blueprint for the Security of Court Information.
