The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources intends to establish an agreement with USDI-BLM Great Basin Incident Cache Supply Office of the National Interagency Fire Center for wildland fire training course materials and other reference materials. DNR has deemed this a single source because of the brand compatibility for the course materials that are specific to NWCG training. No other company can act on behalf of Great Basin Incident Cache Supply Office.
