Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) intends toaward a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Single Award Contract for Production Support Touch Labor: Forklift Drivers.
The required items are for commercial items prepared in accor-dance with the information in FAR part 13.5.
This requirement will be solicited as a 100%Total Small Business Set-Aside. The NorthAmerican Industry Classification Standard(NAICS) code applicable to this procure-ment is 336611. The small business-sizestandard is 1300 (# of employees). TheProduct Service Code is J998.
The tentative period of performance for thisacquisition is anticipated to begin January 05, 2026 through March 31, 2026, with anoption to extend from April 1, 2026 through June 30, 2026.
Amendment was made 12/22/2025 to update the pricing sheet to the correct amount of hours for Forklift/Ariel Lift Operator (yellow badge) OT hours to 2,440.
Second Amendment made 12/22/2025 to update pricing table to ensure that the correct formulas were uploaded into the excel sheet.
