NOTICE OF SINGLE SOURCE TO THE PUBLIC
Shelby County Government has identified a single source purchase for the goods/services as
listed below. This notice is not a request for bid, proposal, or qualifications.
Single Source - Lease Agreement for Office Space located 8225 Highway
51 Millington, TN 38053
The identified vendor will:
1. Provide leased office space located at 8225 Highway 51 North, Millington, Tennessee
38053 for use by the Shelby County Health Department.
2. Maintain the leased premises in accordance with the terms and conditions of Shelby
County.
3. Continue to provide adequate space necessary for Shelby County Health Department
governmental and public health operations.
4. Provide lease services for the renewal period beginning July 1, 2026 through June 30,
2027.
Procurement Timing/Deadlines:
1. Services to be delivered June 12, 2026
2. Services to be rendered for the period of July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2026

In accordance with Shelby County's Purchasing policy, notice of single source will be posted on
the County's website for seven (7) days prior to award.
Notice expires on May 21, 2026 at 2:30 p.m.
