The purpose of this amendment is to cancel the referenced solicitation.
The reason for this cancellation is because it was determined that the Non-Manufacturer Rule requirements of 13 CFR 121.406 (b)(1)(iii) could not be met for the item being procured.
As a result, this solicitation will be cancelled, and the requirement will be re-procured as a set-aside for Small Businesses.
