The City of Jacksonville is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants to provide Professional Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) Services. Services will include design-phase constructability reviews, construction contract administration, full-time construction inspection, and construction materials sampling and testing coordination for the following facilities project:
• First Responder Hurricane Safe Room and Generator Facility The project involves construction of a FEMA-compliant community safe room intended to support first responders during hurricane events.
