The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is offering for sale three (3) Items totaling on hundred ninety-three (193) acres located within the boundaries of the Fort Drum Military Installation, Fort Drum, New York of which approximately the following volumes to be harvested:
All Items are being sold per unit harvested timber will be sold by WEIGHT & any sawlogs paid on Fort Drum Sliding Scale
ALL ITEMS - Harvest Operations & Tree Cutting Dates 15 October 2025 - 15 April 2026
The above items are available for INSPECTION INVITED FOR ALL ITEMS AND WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR SHOWING UNTIL THREE (3) DAYS PRIOR TO BID OPENING BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Sealed bids will be accepted until 2:00 p.m., Thursday October 9, 2025 by the Acquisition, Management, and Disposal Section, Real Estate Office, 803 Front Street, Norfolk, Virginia 23510-1011, then and there publicly opened and announced.
