Lakeview Ave Complete Streets

The Town of Dracut, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from qualified contractors pursuant to M.G.L. 30, § 39M. The work under this Contract consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment required to provide sidewalk improvements along Lakeview Avenue. The work includes construction of cement concrete sidewalk, pedestrian curb ramps, and driveways, installation of new granite curb, reconstruction of hot mix asphalt driveways, full depth roadway patching, minor drainage structure modifications, installation of signs, pavement markings, and other miscellaneous items of work required to complete the project. MassDOT Prequalification is required in Highway Construction for the project with an estimated value of $608,630.00. The IFB is available as of September 16, 2026, for download at https://www.dracutma.gov/Bids.aspx . All bids submitted must be accompanied by a 5% bid deposit. Bids will be accepted at the Dracut Town Hall, Purchasing Agent, 62 Arlington St, Dracut, MA 01826 until October 6, 2026, at 11AM, at which time, bids will be publicly opened and read forthwith.
