Project Description: The work for this project includes removing the existing timber pier, including all guardrails, decking, stringers, bracing, pile caps, and piles in full compliance with the Environmental Permits of Bowman Bay Pier in Deception Pass State Park. Major items included in the base bid (but not limited to) are:
Marine Mammal Monitoring
Pier Removal
Concrete Debris Removal
Reimbursement for Protected Species Monitoring Suspension
