Request for Qualifications (RFQ) – On-Call Airport Consulting Services

The Central West Virginia Regional Airport Authority (Authority), operator of West Virginia International Yeager Airport (CRW), is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms to provide on-call professional services in support of the Airport’s capital development program.

Services may include: (1) Airport Planning and Environmental Services; (2) Design and Engineering Services; (3) Comprehensive Program Management Services; and (4) Project and Construction Cost Estimating.

The Authority intends to select one or more qualified firms and may award multiple contracts within each service category. Contracts will be awarded in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration Advisory Circular 150/5100-14 and applicable procurement requirements.

• Questions Deadline: April 16, 2026
• SOQ Submission Deadline: May 1, 2026, at 4:00 PM (EST)

All questions must be submitted in writing as outlined in the RFQ.

The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all submissions and to waive any informalities.
