The County of Marin is seeking a Digital Evidence Management System (DEMS) for the District Attorney’s (DA) office to automate receipt of evidence and discovery processes with efficient workflow management, compliance with CLETS (California Law Enforcement Telecommunications System), compliance with CJIS (Criminal Justice Information Systems), compliance with Marin County Information Services and Technology (IST) standards, and meeting local, state, and federal data management requirements.
The County of Marin require potential vendors to provide detailed product information of digital capabilities meeting the Scope of Work to be submitted for consideration. Potential vendors should be prepared to demonstrate both product functionality and adherence to technology standards to County of Marin evaluation committee for this RFP in the specified timeline.
