RFP ERO DO #80-F-6-25/26 - Engineering Design and Construction Related Services For Two Minor Bridge Structure Replacements: Replacement of Bridge No. CL-235X on Stem Road and Replacement of Bridge No. CL-240X on McKinstrys Mill Road

The Carroll County Department of Public Works, Division of Engineering is seeking a qualified Firm to provide engineering design and construction related services for the replacement of two minor bridge structures: Bridge No. CL-235X on Stem Road over Wolf Pit Branch and Bridge No. CL-240X on McKinstrys Mill Road over Tributary of Little Pipe Creek. Work will include design of two replacement structures, erosion and sediment control, maintenance of stream flow, stormwater management, environmental permitting, and all associated analysis and plans/specifications/estimate production. There will only be one vendor selected to do all services put forth in this Request for Proposal. It is anticipated these projects will be advertised separately for construction; therefore, the County is requesting two separate sets of contract documents (one for each bridge) at each submission level.
