Description
The County of DeKalb, GA (the "County"), is soliciting sealed responses for Request for Qualifications (RFQ) 2025-039: Design Services for Michelle Obama Trail Extension from South River Trail to Flakes Mill Road - PI 0019888. Responses are to be submitted via the County's eProcurement Portal via https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/dekalbcountyga PRIOR TO 3:00 pm on Tuesday, May 20, 2025. Late responses will not be accepted.
Project work includes designing new multi-use trail from the end of the existing South River Trail at Waldrop Road to Flakes Mill Road near Narvie Harris Elementary School. The total length of the project is approximately 2.8 miles. The consultant will provide all preliminary engineering design services based on the Georgia Department of Transportation¿s Plan Development Process (PDP) for concept reports thru final design.
