DCPL seeks to award a sole source contract to Albireo Energy, LLC to provide maintenance and support services to Alerton HVAC Building Automation System (BAS) installed at Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorial Library. Albireo Energy, LLC is the only authorized dealer of Alerton in the Washington Metropolitan Area. Due to its proprietary nature, the Alerton BAS maintenance and support services along with the system’s hardware and software components must be provided by an Alerton authorized dealer.
