REQUEST FOR STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS (2026), ENGINEERING SERVICES
Acorn Rural Water Association is seeking Statements of Qualifications from qualified engineering firms to provide professional services related to Water System Improvements.
Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) will be received until 3:00 PM local time on May 28, 2026 at Acorn Rural Water, P.O. Box 1047, Mena, AR 71953. Only one copy of a firm’s SOQ is requested. There will be no formal opening of the SOQs.
Consultants may submit SOQs at any time after the deadline; however, failure to submit by the deadline may impact the firm’s opportunity to be invited to submit a project proposal. Acorn Rural Water Association reserves the right to reject any or all SOQs not in compliance with noted procedures if it is in the best interest of the public to do so and to waive informalities in the request for qualifications.
