The work proposed includes all the necessary *permits, fees, materials, equipment, labor, and related items to construct improvements to the Pierce County Medical Examiner’s Office per the bid documents, located within the Medical Examiner’s Office located at 3619 Pacific Avenue, Tacoma, WA., 98418.

* Pierce County will pay fees for the General Building Permit and Plan Review for this project. The contractor is responsible for any specialty or other permits required for this project and shall include such fees in his bid.

Pre-Proposal Meeting (Non-Mandatory):

December 30, 2024, 1:30pm

Optional, pre-bid walk-through will be held at The Pierce County Medical Examiner's Office at 3619 Pacific Avenue, Tacoma, WA. The walk-through is anticipated to take approximately 1.5 hours and will include all areas involved in the project. Bidders shall meet in the parking lot of the Pierce County Medical Examiner's Office. Those planning to attend the walkthrough meeting will be required to sign-in to the secured area. Tape measures and cameras will be allowed but no other tools may be brought into the building for the walk-through meeting.
