Description
Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated ยงยง50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Proposals ("eRFP") is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified and regulated supplier(s) who will provide Chemical Waste Collection and Disposal for the Department of Public Health's Georgia Public Health Laboratory (hereinafter, "the State Entity") as further described in this eRFP.
The Contractor shall on a quarterly basis provide, segregation, packing, removal and disposal of chemical waste from the GA Public Health Laboratory at two (2) locations.
