Description
Sturgeon County is seeking a consultant with the relevant experience, qualifications, and capacity to carry out a review of compliance and enforcement activities across multiple departments and provide analysis and recommendations on future growth at Sturgeon County.
This project consists of two distinct reports:
Report 1: Conduct a review of the Enforcement Services team within the Protective Services department and provide recommendations for service improvement.
Report 2: Conduct a review of the cross-department enforcement of municipal bylaws and provincial legislation and provide recommendations for process and service improvements as well as improved collaboration across the Protective Services, Planning and Development Services, and the Agriculture Services departments.
