Details
Provide, operate and maintain a temporary boiler(s) which shall be connected to the existing heating system to maintain heat within the building. The new boilers, piping and associated components shall be installed in a manner that allows the existing system to remain in operation simultaneously. Demolish existing domestic hot water components and install new domestic hot water heaters and storage tank. Remove existing air handling unit circulators and replace them with new pumps and piping. All heating water is to be insulated as per the specification. Perform pre-operational pipe cleaning and chemical treatment for new systems. All new systems are to be controlled by new DDC components and connected to the existing University controls system and network.
