Propane Gas and Related Services IDIQ

The Department of the Air Force has awarded a 5-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to Lunar Holdings LLC for propane delivery, tank maintenance, and related services at Beale Air Force Base, California.

Under this contract, the contractor will provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and services necessary for the following:

• Propane Delivery: Timely and reliable delivery of propane to government-owned tanks ranging in capacity from 500 to 10,000 gallons, ensuring uninterrupted operations.


• Tank Maintenance: Preventive maintenance and on-call repair services for government-owned propane tanks and associated systems, ensuring compliance with applicable safety standards and regulations.


• Tank Purchase and Installation: Delivery and installation of new propane tanks.

This contract includes a firm-fixed delivery fee with an Economic Price Adjustment (EPA) for the propane commodity, based on the Butane-Propane News (BPN) index for the San Joaquin, CA region.

The total contract ceiling is $3.4 million, with a maximum annual ordering limitation of $690,000. The contract will include a 5-year ordering period, during which the Government may issue task orders on an as-needed basis.

This contract was awarded through a competitive Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) set-aside. Lunar Holdings LLC was selected as the awardee following a competitive evaluation process.

The contract has a total ordering period of five (5) years, commencing on 8 April 2026 and ending on 7 April 2031.
