This project is generally described as paving and drainage improvements that generally include site clearing/preparation, construction/installation of approximately 11,500 SY (Base Bid = 8,050 SY & Additive Bid = 3,450 SY) of reinforced concrete pavement, drainage improvements, illumination facilities, striping, signage, water distribution improvements, and other associated work.
Contractors are strongly urged to attend and participate in the pre-bid conference at Wichita Tower, Conference Room, 9th Floor at 3:00 P.M. on the 4th day of November, 2025. Representatives of the Owner and the Engineer will be present to discuss the project. Engineer will transmit to all prospective Bidders of record such addenda as Engineer considers necessary in response to questions arising at the conference.
The Engineer's Estimate of Probable Cost of Construction for this project is:
Base Bid = $3,985,000.00
Total Project (Base & Additive) = $4,810,000.00.
