Description of Work:

The Department of Foreign Affairs Trade and Development Canada (DFATD) has identified a requirement for multiple Programmer-Analysts, Business Analysts and Project Executives to provide support to the Business Solutions Directorate in the delivery of Digital Transformation projects for departmental projects and initiatives

A portion of DFATD's infrastructure is currently undergoing modernization to support various IM/IT Digital Adoption projects. More specifically, the objectives around Digital Adoption focus on the following pillars:

a.        Digital Service meant to modernize services and better meet the needs of stakeholders.

b.        Digital Workforce meant to enable digital workforce through tools, skills and behavioural change.

c.        Digital Workplace meant to improving service delivery through simplified processes and technology.

d.        Digital Foundation meant to build a resilient, secure technology infrastructure.

Through this RFP, the Business Solutions Directorate aims to provide clients with senior level resources to help business transform and improve their digital posture and their legacy processes.

Currently there is no incumbent providing the services outlined in this solicitation
