Description
The scope of the project is the renovation and expansion of the existing MDRC and Satellite Scope Processing Area. It also includes renovation of adjacent or nearby services to accommodate the expansion of the MDRC; these spaces include Biomed/Bed Repair, CPSM Warehouse, CPSM Clean Supplies and the Satellite Reprocessing Centre.
The project will also include minor upgrades to utility services such as mechanical systems, sewer systems etc. within the NLRHC facility to ensure operation of the MDRC. It also includes design and implementation to support continued operation of MDRC Services during renovation. This includes phased construction, decanting and hazardous materials abatement.
The project delivery will be completed with multiple components and phases being delivered,
simultaneously.
