RFB 24-25-38 Landscape Maintenance of Quadrant P Deadline: 06/24/2025 @ 2:00pm The City of Visalia is requesting bids for landscape maintenance of an area identified as Quadrant N. This contract is for the maintenance of approximately 287,104 sq. ft. (6.591 acres). The initial contract term shall be for a twelve month period and shall, at the City's option and with the consent of the contractor, be extended annually thereafter for four (4) consecutive one-year periods. Contractor will be required to comply with DIR requirements including registration with the DIR, payment of prevailing wages, and submission of electronic payrolls. For more information click here .
