Description
This Request for Proposal No. 2024 - PWMS - 002 invites experienced and qualified suppliers to submit detailed quotes for the supply, delivery, setup/installation and disposal of shipping materials (including cardboard and other packaging materials) for office/school furniture and equipment. The objective is to maximize the benefit for CESD while offering vendors a fair and equitable opportunity in accordance with the terms and conditions contained within this document.
Vendor is required to ensure that no damage occurs to facility finishes. If damage occurs to the facility or school site, the Vendor is responsible for paying for such repairs to be made by methods chosen by the property owner. All site related safety requirements, including orientation and PPE will need to be followed during delivery, installation and walkthrough.
Vendor is to comply with CESD administrative procedures and policies while on site.
All packaging and other related garbage will be removed from the school site by the Vendor. Owner’s garbage disposal facilities are not to be used for refuse.
A proposed listing of the desired furniture is included with this RFP. Substitutions will require prior approval from the owner and CESD reserves the right to determine comparability of standards.
The supplier is required to provide all equipment as per the proposed listing. Proposals containing a partial listing, at the discretion of the owner, may not be accepted.
