REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS CITY OF EUREKA FLOODWALL CONSTRUCTION The City of Eureka is accepting proposals for the construction of floodwalls in select locations. Sealed bids will be accepted by U.S. Mail at P.O. Box 125, Eureka, MO 63025, or by package delivery service or in-person at the Eureka Public Works facility, 111 North Virginia Avenue, Eureka, MO 63025, until 10:00 AM, Wednesday, December 11, 2024. The sealed bids will be publicly opened and read aloud thirty (30) minutes later at 10:30 AM at The Timbers of Eureka (Recreation Center), 1 Coffey Park Lane; Eureka, MO 63025, due to space limitations at the Public Works facility. Plans and specifications are available on the City's website (www.eureka.mo.us) at no charge or deposit. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. If you wish to access the plans and specifications and submit a response, you must create an account and subscribe to the Request for Proposals option (which is under Bid Postings) to receive any addendum notifications which may be issued.
