2. The City is seeking proposals from experienced proponents to supply, implement, and support an automated web-based exam proctoring solution. The solution should be compatible across multiple platforms, including computers and mobile phones. The objective of this project is to enhance the security and integrity of the online exam process while ensuring scalability and flexibility for future LMS transitions.
3. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.
4. The Agreement will be for an initial Term of three (3) years. The Agreement may be renewed, three (3) times for two (2) years each time. The potential total term length is nine (9) years.
