The City of North Augusta is seeking qualified contractors to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to repair and renovate multiple historic-style structures at Living History Park, which sustained damage during a recent hurricane. Due to the uniqueness of the structures, detailed specifications are not available; however, limited building plans can be made available upon request. Contractors must assess the existing conditions and propose suitable solutions to restore the buildings to safe and functional condition while maintaining their historic character.

This project will be funded through a combination of insurance proceeds and FEMA disaster recovery funding. All work performed must comply with applicable federal requirements, including FEMA procurement and documentation standards.
