BRAND NAME LIFE FITNESS, HAMMER STRENGTH, AND CONCEPT 2 FITNESS EQUIPMENT

Amendment 001: To extend the due date for this Solicitation and update Attachment 1- Equipment List. Updates within Attachment 1 are indicated in Red Font.

Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound (FLCPS) intends to solicit for Life Fitness, Hammer Strength, and Concept 2 fitness equipment. A full list can be found in Attachment 1.

This requirement is a Brand Name requirement for Life Fitness, Hammer Strength, and Concept 2 fitness equipment due to the Department of Navy Physical Readiness Program (PRP) mandate the use of specific brand‑name conditioning and testing equipment to ensure uniformity, accuracy, and repeatability of performance metrics during the semiannual Physical Fitness Test.

All responsible sources may submit a quotation, bid, or proposal, as appropriate, which will be considered by the agency.

Quotes will be evaluated in accordance with RFO 12.203, the Government will select the most advantageous offer based on the following evaluation factors: technical including delivery date, price, and past performance in no order of relative importance.
