NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLICIT FROM A SINGLE SOURCE DUE TO AN URGENT AND COMPELLING NEED (SEE ATTACHED)
The Canandaigua VAMC intends to solicit from a single vendor for the urgent replacement of a seized invertor/compressor in (1) LG Multi-5 Unit currently used at the Canandaigua VAMC. This part is an integral part of the AC cooling system and if not repaired quickly has the potential to impact patient care. The service technician identified this seized part during a routine inspection of the cooling system. This is only a notice, not a soliciation to collect quotes.
