The work includes the following partial listing of items with approximate quantities: Remove and replace existing Weil-McLain Model P-988-S with output of 2,176,000 Btu/hour, located in the maintenance garage of the City of Jackson Wastewater Treatment Plant.

Bidders will be required to meet the City of Jackson's pre-qualification requirements prior to bid opening. Bidders must be prequalified for Plumbing, Boiler Maintenance, low pressure.

Sealed proposals for Substance Use Disorder Treatment and Transitional Housing Grant will be received by the City of Jackson Purchasing Coordinator, Kari Kerstetter, via the City of Jackson e-Procurement Portal, https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/cityofjackson , by Friday, October 10, 2025, 10:00 am. Any proposals received after this time will not be reviewed or considered by the City.
City of Jackson is seeking proposals from qualified organizations to deliver comprehensive substance use disorder (SUD) treatment services and provide up to 24 months of transitional housing for individuals in recovery. This initiative aims to support long-term recovery, stability, and reintegration into the community. We invite all eligible organizations to submit proposals in response to this RFP. While proposals are open to organizations regardless of location, preference will be given to those based in the City of Jackson.
