Description: The County of Ulster invites qualified Architectural/Engineering firms to submit proposals to provide comprehensive full-phase architectural and engineering services for the renovation of the Golden Hill Office Building (“GHOB”) - located at 239 Golden Hill Drive, Kingston, New York. Constructed in 1987, GHOB is a two-story, 39,600-square-foot office building that houses various County departments. The renovation aims to enhance workplace functionality, energy efficiency, and interior design to support County operations now and into the future. The project requires the firm to provide comprehensive full-phase architectural and engineering services, including a thorough evaluation of the building envelope, all mechanical systems, and the domestic and sanitary water systems.
