This is a single source posting notification; there are no solicitation documents for download. This posting is not a Request for Bid (RFB) nor Request for Proposal (RFP).
Minnesota IT Services partnering with the Department of Corrections (DOC), intend to enter into an agreement through June 30, 2026, with JH Larson Electric Company to transfer DOC’s energy monitoring system to a new IP address.
Honeywell originally installed the sub-meters at six (6) correctional facilities throughout Minnesota and are used to monitor electrical, gas and water usage. Honeywell retains exclusive ownership, copy rights, trademark and intellectual property and will work directly with JH Larson Electric Company to ensure all transfers are completed. Due to the complexity of the systems at the various locations, this has been deemed a single source.
