Leachate Management System Preventive Maintenance, Troubleshooting, Repair & Reporting Services

The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is for the County of Loudoun, Virginia (County) to obtain proposals from qualified contractors to perform regular preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and reporting of maintenance specific data on the Leachate Management System (LMS) at the Loudoun County Solid Waste Management Facility (LCSWMF).

Pre-Bid Conference:

A Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on Monday, March 3, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at the Loudoun County Solid Waste Management Facility, Construction Trailer located at 21101 Evergreen Mills Road, Leesburg, Virginia 20175. for clarification of any questions on the scope of services and on-site inspection and to provide a high level overview of the supplier registration process and online submission of proposals through iSupplier.

Failure to attend the Pre-Proposal Conference will result in the proposal being rejected. Offerors must be present prior to the beginning of the conference. Offerors must sign in with the Procurement Representative as a record of attendance. Late entry to the Pre-Proposal Conference will not be permitted.
