NOTICE is hereby given that the Township of Millburn, County of Essex, State of New Jersey, is soliciting proposals from qualified firms for:

SECTION 457(b) DEFERRED COMPENSATION PLAN SERVICES

The Request for Proposals, including the Scope of Services, proposal requirements, evaluation criteria, and required forms, is available on the Township of Millburn website.

The Township currently maintains Section 457(b) deferred compensation programs with two providers and intends to consolidate the programs under a single provider. The selected provider will provide plan administration, recordkeeping, investment services, participant education and financial guidance, and will be responsible for coordinating the consolidation and transition of the existing programs.

Proposers must be authorized and eligible to provide deferred compensation plan services to New Jersey local governmental entities and shall provide documentation demonstrating current approval by the New Jersey Division of Local Government Services (DLGS).

Any addenda or revisions to the RFP will be posted on the Township of Millburn website.

The Township reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive any non-material deficiencies, and award a contract deemed to be in the best interests of the Township.
