The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (the âRFQâ) is to obtain applications (the âQualification Statementsâ) from interested contractors (each an âApplicantâ) so that the City of Richmond (the âCityâ) may establish a list of contractors prequalified to submit proposals for the Cityâs Canoe Run Park Storage Tank CSO Final Plan project (the âProjectâ).
