BHDD Office of Mental is requesting vendor quotes for the removal of an existing double-door entry and installation of an oversized single-entry door at our Bryan Psychiatric Hospital located at 220 Faison Drive in Columbia, SC. Work includes full removal of the current double-door assembly, modification or reframing of the rough opening to accommodate the oversized door, installation of the new door, jamb, and threshold.
