This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Cowichan Valley Regional District (the “CVRD”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Indigenous Engagement Facilitation for Emergency Management Cowichan, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). Emergency Management Cowichan (EMC), representing the Cowichan Valley Regional District, the City of Duncan, the Municipality of North Cowichan, and the Towns of Ladysmith and Lake Cowichan, is seeking proposals from qualified Indigenous Engagement facilitators and project managers. The selected consultant will assist EMC in fulfilling the Indigenous Engagement Requirements of the Emergency and Disaster Management Act (EDMA) 2023.
