NOTICE TO BIDDERS
NOTICE IS HERE BY GIVEN that sealed Bids will be received by the Board of
Commissioners of the Town of West New York, County of Hudson, State of New Jersey on
February 24, 2026 at 11:00 A.M. prevailing time in the Town Clerk's Office in the Municipal
Building, 428-60th Street, West New York, N.J. for:
“LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE SERVICES”
Bid information may be obtained at Purchasing Agent Office, Municipal Building, 428-60th Street,
room 10, West New York, N.J or by email vzubiaga@westnewyorknj.org during regular business
hours from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or on the Town’s website www.westnewyorknj.org.
Each bid must be submitted on the provided forms and enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the
name and address of the bidder. The bid must be addressed to the Town of West New York and
plainly marked “Landscape Maintenance Services”
Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., and N.J.A.C.
17:27.
The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in the bids, in
accordance with applicable law.
