APEX Accelerators are an official government contracting resource for small businesses. Find your local APEX Accelerator (opens in new window) for free government expertise related to contract opportunities.
APEX Accelerators are funded in part through a cooperative agreement with the Department of Defense.
The APEX Accelerators program was formerly known as the Procurement Technical Assistance Program (opens in new window) (PTAP).
This is a Request for Information (RFI) for market research purposes only, issued by the Sentinel Systems Program Office. This is not a solicitation for proposals, a promise to issue a solicitation in the future, or a commitment to award a contract. The Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI. All costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party’s expense.
The Sentinel Program is a critical Acquisition Category 1D (ACAT 1D) Major Defense Acquisition Program (MDAP) to modernize the nation's Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) system. The program requires expert-level contractor support in managing a large and complex Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), database administration, and strategic program planning.
The purpose of this RFI is to gain a deeper understanding of the current industry capabilities to provide the specialized scheduling and program management support services detailed in the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Government is seeking to identify qualified sources, understand available expertise, and gather information on best practices.
