CONSTRUCTION MANAGER AT RISK SERVICES. The City of Buffalo is seeking a Construction Manager at Risk (CMaR) to provide preconstruction and construction management services for renovations to the former “PenRad” building – an approximately 12,000 square feet space to house the City’s Community Center. The selected CMaR will need to coordinate their services and work with City staff and City’s selected architectural/engineering firm for the Project, Bolton & Menk, during both the preconstruction and construction phases of the project. The Request for Proposals can be found on the City’s website . Details regarding response requirements, selection criteria and the selection process are included in the Request for Proposals.
