Contract summary


This Project will remove (2) fish barrier culverts and (7) weirs. These existing fish barriers will be replaced with a fish-passable structure and a new stream alignment under SR 509/Des Moines Memorial Drive. Work will include, but is not limited to, fish exclusion and temporary stream bypass systems, maintenance of traffic utilizing temporary traffic bypasses and or road closures, removal of the existing fish barriers, earthwork above and below ordinary high water, structure and wall construction, roadway reconstruction, guardrail installation, channel reconstruction, channel re-alignment, streambed restoration, roadside restoration, erosion control, water management and traffic control.
