Place of Performance:
The Request for Information focuses on planning, procurement, delivery, installation, integration,
testing, and fielding of a complete OTHR Receive sub-system as part of an operational OTHR
system. For RFI purposes the proposed OTHR system will be based on a Government-Defined
Architecture and consist of Government selected industry partners for various components and/or
Receive and Transmit sub-systems, including C2 and sensor software.
