The Export-Import Bank of the United States (EXIM Bank) has a need for a system (financial risk management tool) that will provide a comprehensive and consistent view of its counterparty risk by combining financial spreading, credit analysis, and robust data storage. EXIM currently uses Moody’s RiskAnalyst for these requirements, and seeks equivalent functionality. This comprises the “base functionality” described below.
Additional functionality components, which may be used in the future (based on evolving operational requirements and/or funding availability) are also included herein, and may be included as optional line items on a resultant contract.
Complete solicitation instructions are included herein. All attachments shall apply. Questions from prospective offerors must be submitted to the primary contact shown below no later than Tuesday, 15 April, at 2:00 PM EST.
