Qualified Vendor List for Concrete Services

The Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency (Agency), on behalf of the Sacramento City and County Housing Authorities, is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for California-licensed C-8 concrete contractors. Services include but are not limited to, the installation, repair, and removal of concrete at various sites throughout Sacramento.

Selected contractors will provide all necessary supervision, labor, materials, and equipment for concrete work at multiple locations in the City and County. Services may be used by any Agency entity or for special projects funded by federal or local programs.

This solicitation is issued to establish a qualified list of contractors for concrete repair and replacement projects. As needs arise, projects will be posted via OpenGov, and contractors on the list will be invited to bid. Awards will be made to the lowest responsible bidder. The number of concrete projects under this solicitation is not fixed and will be determined based on operational requirements.
