Project Description:

DPR and BridgePoint have been selected as the CM at Risk for the North Carolina State University (NCSU) College of Veterinarian Medicine (CVM) Equine Hospital project. This project will consist of renovations to the existing NCSU CVM main building and construction of a new Equine Hospital addition. The new facilities will include in-patient and outpatient equine services, emergency services, orthopedics, surgery, ICU, an isolation building, and an arena. The project will also include new research space and a Central Utility Plant expansion to support the new Hospital.

Future Phases of the Overall Project will include:

• Civil and Site Utilities
• CUP Expansion
• Large Animal Hospital Addition & Renovation

Submit prequalification to Jenny Williams JennyW@dpr.com . Note that all trade contractors must also be prequalified with DPR to be awarded project work.
