Project Description: The City of Vancouver (“City”) is pleased to present this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) for a development partner (“Developer”) to lead the development of a workforce housing project on a 2.76-acre development site located in the Fourth Plain neighborhood at 2575 Falk Road, Vancouver, WA 98661 (the “Site”). This RFP seeks proposals that deliver cost efficient workforce housing financed independently from competitive public funding programs.
