Notice of Intent to Sole Source Resurfacing of epoxy floors for the U.S. Embassy Harare, Zimbabwe

This is a NOTICE OF INTENT for the Government to award Sole Source purchase order for Resurfacing of epoxy floors for the U.S. Embassy Harare. This requirement will be under NAICS code 238330, SIC code 175200 to Specialized Flooring Services.

This is a sole source requirement in accordance with authority citation, 41 USC 253(c) (1), and Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 6.302-1 - Only one responsible source no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Specialized Flooring Services is considered as the only responsible source, and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. See attached J&A.

The Resurfacing of epoxy floors will be provided to U.S. Embassy in Harare, Zimbabwe. This is not a request for proposal and the intent of this notice is to meet regulatory disclose requirements, however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the Department.
